Pegasus is pleased to announce that it has acquired the intellectual property of the legendary East Moline forging die outfit Frizzelle & Parsons Die Co.

Doing so will allow Pegasus to expand into the machined forging business with contracts in hand for Caterpillar, Bosch, and The Crosby Group among others.

Driving this expansion will be a doubling of Pegasus’ workforce over the next 4 years to more than 40 positions.
