    Is custom engineering expensive?

    Not really. Sure, it costs a little more up front, but in doing so you can avoid discovering critical design flaws late in the production cycle that would end up costing you many times more than what you’d have paid Pegasus to get it right the first time.

    When a potential customer approaches us with a finished 3D CAD file we can usually complete the engineering review and begin manufacturing parts in only 2 to 3 days. Understandably, the less defined the idea is, the greater our initial time investment to bring it into production.

    Just about. We work in mainly metals but can also cut a large range of alternative materials like composites, plastics, even wood. Our wide variety of CNC machining equipment allows us to produce almost any shape you can possibly imagine… and some you probably can’t!

    Essentially as quick as you need it to be. Pegasus runs a double shift, 5 day week during normal operations. For rush jobs we add additional shifts and production days as needed. This gives us great flexibility to help out customers with urgent needs.

    You’ll won’t like it, you’ll love it! (Pegasus isn’t perfect, but we never leave a customer unsatisfied. If you have a problem with our work we’ll always go the extra mile to find a mutually agreeable solution. We want your business more than once!)

    What materials do you work in?

    Pegasus specializes in metal cutting and our heavy-duty, high-performance CNC machine tools can make short work of all sorts of metals. For special applications we also work in ceramics, plastics, and even wood!

    The fastest way to get your idea into production is to provide a complete 3D CAD file. Oftentimes, however, customers only have 2D drawings or perhaps just a vague idea of what they need to create. That’s when our engineering experts really show their stuff – we’ll work with you to define and refine your concept and then bring it into mass production.
